Pb Export Exel with SmartBom

Hello
I just discovered (finally!) that SmartBom could save me a lot of time to make our bills of materials in excel.

Pb: when I generate the excel file I don't get anything...

As I'm testing, I have everything on my desktop (project, table template, excel template file)
I couldn't find an answer in the help or in the training.
I think I'm doing things the right way but I can't do it.
Do you have an idea or a solution?

Thanks in advance

With a few screenshots it would be easier to guide you.
2022 version of Smartbom, here are my export parameters for my nomenclature:

In 1 you choose your project (if several or if not new project)
In 2 Project management.
In 3 you choose the rules (for us no rules for me it slows down the export)
In 4 choices of project options
In 5 Checked General Options= Use the project rules then in Excel Export:
In 6 the choice of the folder where the Excel template file is located
In 7 The name of the Excel template file
In 8 the cell or start the export for us in B6 (because file with Macros for sorting FI and Fab...) for import into our in-house ERP.
Below 8 are the options related to your Excel export.

Hello

I think your problem is related to this: Nothing happens when exporting from SmartBom

I'll let you do the manipulation and get back to me if the problem persists.

Kind regards

Thank you
I did as you did...

And it works?

Hello

We did the manip but I still have the pb

No it doesn't work

Have you tried the @fmarchand manip?
In the general and project option options you have checked this:

In the BOM creation tab, have you put the prop columns to be retrieved?
Example:

I tried the manipulation but without success
and yes:

Maybe a pb of Excel version?
We are with MS Office Standard 2019

Hello

Are you on an Office x64bits?

Can you check if you have this registry key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0

Kind regards

Hello

The key is there

Hello

Does it work if you do an excel export from SOLIDWORKS?

For example, a family of parts or "save as" on a bill of materials.

Kind regards

It works, yes.
The IT department just told me that I had an x32 on my workstation

so the problem probably comes from there

I confirm: it comes from there!
Office x64 installed and it works.

Thank you for your help.
