Pb property SWFormatSize?

Hello everyone!

For our drawings, we use properties to fill the cartouche and also the

SWFormatSize property that makes life easier for prints.

My pb is as follows:

I have a dowry per A4 A3 format ... Their respective formatsize property is well populated.

After having made an A4 plan for example and making cilc right ownership on the plan

I change my base plan to A3, and well the Formatsize property remains that of A4.

I hope I have been more or less clear.

And if you have an idea, don't hesitate.

Hello

In the background, is it a property (accessible via the document options and configurable according to the size) or only a text with the annotation "A4"?

Sometimes you change it unintentionally, so the text box is no longer affected by the document's ownership.

Hello

yes yes it is indeed a property (see attached image)

Yes, but it is a custom property.

You don't have to enter any text but select a property from the list by clicking in the "Value" box.

In fact, this is a property, of course, but it doesn't point to anything except a text.

EDIT: OOps I didn't say anything, I have the same thing...

I look deeper.

Thank you

Is it by right-clicking on the sheet then "Edit the basemap", by clicking on the annotation "A4" (or other format) then linking to the property (see attached doc) and selecting the SWFormatsize property.

By changing the dimension, it must follow, is that the case?

Hello

Have you tried by clicking on the reconstruction button (the red and green lights).

It can be found in Edit-->Rebuild (Ctrl+B).

Hello

I don't use this property but this one: Sheet Format Size SW-Size of the basemap

And it all works!

@Coyote: Yes too, but I use the problem function here and everything works perfectly at home. Moreover, it's a function managed by SW directly so it shouldn't block...

The "Sheet Format Size SW-Basemap Size" property is also handled by SW!

Thank you for your answers, I don't have time to test right away but

I'll keep you updated in a few days.

Kind regards.

@jmsavoyat: Yes of course but precisely, it works very well so the other one should do the same:)
