To my knowledge, not possible. New is a windows command that behaves like in the classic explorer (outside the trunk). The only items added are from the document creation or folder tree templates.
The only way to organize is to group useful functions, remove those that are not used or subject to the risk of interpretation and potentially replace them with direct actions from dispatch functions. The use of an ePdm-type safe requires a certain rigor despite everything, user training and a kind of simplified use procedure made available generally allows to avoid handling errors.
