Loss of rotation function on mouse wheel button

Hello

Following 2 solidworks crashes (2 crashes on different days), I lost the rotation function on the mouse wheel.

The problem with the 1st crash is that the rotation function came back the next day.

But if it happens to me at the beginning of the day I'll lose a whole day!!

I have solidworks 2022 and windows11.

 

Can anyone help me?

It already happened to me on a Logitech mouse, by updating the driver, the problem was solved.

Hello;

Why don't you back up your Solidworks settings so you can restore them in case of a crash?
Tools Menu (Solidworks)-> Backup/Restore Settings....
