When I use the "Symbol for drilling" tool for unclogging holes, it marks me (e.g. d.10 to the next one), can we change this sentence permanently to "unceasing"?

You need to modify the callout file for this.
https://help.solidworks.com/2020/french/SolidWorks/sldworks/c_modify_hole_callout_format.htm
Be careful to make a backup of this file before any modification because it is very difficult to modify and risky.
In addition, to be updated with each new version and on each workstation unless you share the callout file over a network.
