Yes, it is possible in a drawing, you have to select a view relative to the model and choose the body you want:

We can thus detail the bodies on the general drawing, or on a new sheet, or on a new drawing.
That being said, you can also make your drawing appear only one body of your part. Click on the room view, then click on "Body Selection".
It saves you from multiplying files.
