Photoview doesn't work anymore since I switched to SW 2015

Although the photoview module is still present when I click on the tool to start rendering, nothing happens.

I've been experiencing this issue since installing solidworks 2015. Is there a link? How to fix this.

Personally, I don't recommend Sw 2015, I'll wait for the latest service pack to use it.

 

Is 2014 still here?

To reach the hotline you have to go to the MyCadServices support tab and open an incident ticket. Is there no error message? Is there anything in the Windows Event Viewer?

Yes, my company is a customer of axemble.

Do you have Support, Mycad Store, (yellow stars) in the black menu bar at the top of this window? So that's the first Support.

No windows error message and I don't have a star displayed. I have just registered on the site because before I called a phone. Today I have a message telling me to come to this site... I'm a little lost, there's no phone to reach...

So your email account is not yet associated with your MyCADservices account.

You must contact them directly:

Otherwise, there is no need to create an account, you must use the same username (email address of your company) and password that you used before for the site MyCADservices.com

Well, seen .PL!

@l.courteaux you must indeed use an email address (or identifier) attached to your company. If your company is subscribed to myCADservices, there is bound to be a user who has received a username with password. This user must have the "Admin" rights of your company on the site and will therefore be able to attach you to the company account.

I suggest you watch the videos we put on You Tube. Do a search for the name "MyCADservices Training", you should find 7 of them.

Finally axemble contacted me and the problem is solved. It was necessary to install photoview separately in addition to solidworks.
