Subassembly part invisible during animation

Hello!

I ask my question here because I have searched/tested various things to solve my problem but I am not getting results;

I have an assembly where I have to make an animation, I have a subassembly in it (flexible and everything is visible) and a part constrained to this subassembly. It's a moving table where I want to move the piece back and forth. When I start the animation render (I render in .bmp) the part in the subassembly that needs to move at the same time as the other part disappears. The part moves well but floats in the air instead of being supported by the subassembly.

However, when I render via Photoview360, there is no problem, when calculating the motion study, the animation is done correctly and I don't have a problem with my keys. Has anyone ever dealt with this kind of problem or would know how to solve it?

Hello

Is the play well resolved?

Are the graphics drivers up to date?

Be sure to update with the drivers recommended by SolidWorks:

Otherwise, some leads here:

For future reference, here's what I think fixed it for me. I tried so many things it's hard to pinpoint the solution, especially when there's multiple errors going on, but I believe it was an appearances issue. In my draft runs of the animation I would use SW screen render and non-realistic colors on my model. When I changed display states to show correct materials and used PV render, I believe that is when the sub-assembly disappeared. I went back to Model (tab) and set/updated all the correct appearances and then created a new motion study. Was OK after that. I've heard and experienced that it's best practice to have your model mates, appearances, etc... completely done and ready for animation before creating a motion study.
