I want to obtain the following sheet metal part and I find some deficiency

So either go through the sheet metal function "Swept bent sheet"

 

Or alternatively, you can make a forming tool on a plaster sheet that will give you the desired result.

In sheet metal mode I'm not sure it works even with a 2014/2015 version

with a trouble-free forming tool

mil just create this tool

but you won't have a sheet metal unfold but a sheet metal that will be stamped

@Bart and how do you make the shape tool?

Brushed it but does it work for a cylinder sheet?
