Yes, I don't see any particular difficulty.

 

Just remember to do a normal material removal for unfolding.

I see that your part is drawn in surface.

 

For sheet metal work, you have to be in the sheet metal module.

 

Either draw in volume, and convert into sheet metal. Or for your case, I would advise you to use a swept folded sheet metal.

NB: the shape of the bending is not circular, it's an ellipse...
