It seemed to me that when I imported a part to SolidWorks it fixed by default just by making an "input"
It doesn't work anymore in 2018 ...
Is it an option to check somewhere?

Agree with @ac 427 cobra
Note that when you import certain parts, you may have automatic constraints (and not only for so-called smart components. For example with everything axs and hole it works well. (You just don't have to have the Breton palud and present the axle in front of the right bore.) But it's not a function that works every time.
