Twisted sheet metal part

Hello

 

I try to make a twist in sheet metal and then unfold it and produce it via laser cutting.

 

After several attempts with folds of transitions or to convert my shape into volume (done with a sweep) or via a volume, the results are inconclusive or even non-existent (convert) because I absolutely have to keep the same shape (question of space).

 

Do you have any tips for me?

Here's how to do it:

It is imperative to go through a transition fold by passing through the two arc-shaped sketches, I attached the example piece
