Symmetrical parts

Hi all

In an assembly I made a series of holes on a box panel with  smart fastener (screws) insert, so far no problem on the opposite panel so symmetrical the holes are well reproduced but not the screws, how to make it there, maybe not possible? thank you for your answer

In your panel symmetry feature, you can include the hardware.
