I am working on an assembly file being composed, among other things, of 4 parts that are from the same basic part.
here: 0614<1>; 0614<2>; 0614<3>; 0614<4>.
In DriveWorks, I can't capture every single part, I can only capture the base part.
My problem is that I want to independently drive the deletion of each room without making the room virtual.
Is this possible?

To sum up, you want to delete (state) parts (from configurations?) with the same original part file?
Without going through DriveWorks, so part family for assembly or the custom properties pane allowing you to control the deletion of a part with a checkbox.
Look at this tutorial if it can help you, it's for a part but it's the same approach for an ASM.

Yes, I want to put the parts in deleted condition that have the same original part. These don't have a setup, they're just in different places in the drawing.
I can't go through the family of parts because the whole thing has to be automatically controlled by DriveWorks, which receives instructions from our ERP.

Which version of DriveWorks are you using?
DriveWorksXpress, DriveWorks Solo or DriveWorks Pro?
For DriveWorks Solo and DriveWorks Pro you have access to a tab to capture instances, then you can simply build rules to drive them to enable, deactivate, delete or override.
