Rotate an SLDLFP sheet metal feature

Hi all

I created functions in the formats . SLDLFP and when I add them into my parts, I can't seem to rotate them.

Do you have a solution for me, please?

Thank you

Hello

You have to edit the sketch of the cut and orient it as needed.

Hello
Thanks for the solution, but for several functions in the same file it doesn't work.

Do you have a solution?

I'm not sure I understand. I imagine that for each function we orient our sketch, which works very well.

Depending on the sketch, it is possible that it does not want to change its orientation -> you have to update the library function to have a sketch that can rotate without making a mistake (this could be the case if there are still horizontalities for example)

Hello

in this case an angular reference must be added.

Go open the function in the library

Remove all vertical and horizontal constraints

Stabilize the sketch with relative constraints like this example by avoiding green and horiz.

Then add the angular stress

Validate and then save by ctrl + s.

Then go and place the function on the face concerned.

Show him who the references are. Check the dimension modification and then change the angle.

Do this on the other functions if needed.

Hello

That's perfect, thank you.

A little tutorial, on the spot! :)
