I have a problem on a plan (attached file) that was sent to me, I can't modify/view it, let me explain: the file opens without pb on the other hand impossible to zoom, move or take a dimension all the controls are locked... How do you make it "free"?

Here is the "unblocked" plan.
Edit: In the properties, in the "Miscellaneous" part I changed the "Locked Plan" option to "Yes" and it works.
Then if we double click outside the plane, we can then change this option again.
