Email Send Function Crashes in an EPDM Workflow

When we use the SMTP email function, there is at least once a month a crash and we have to stop the epdm service. On the other hand, we don't know when it crashes.

The problem is that if you send an informational email for a plan change, users won't be notified and neither will you. The impact is to make bad parts for the client because the plan will not match.

The problem is that the consultant has no solution except to sporadically test the send with the test button.

But maybe other users have had this problem and they have found another solution that works.
