I'm new here, and I have a problem with SW
in SW 2015 coupled with EPDM, the assembly is in MODIFICATION and EXTRACTED, when trying to create a new configuration, it crashes SW
Has anyone ever had the problem and what is the solution?

Obviously, it does the same on another workstation of a colleague
When the assembly is extracted and on the screen, it is impossible to save it, to make a copy of it and even to make a composition to take away
The assembly is checked out, but while saving, an error window informs me that the document is not checked out...
When I try to make a composition to take away, it can't find any child files of my assembly.....
I had a similar problem. SW would crash when opening a joint.
The solution was to do the following test:
Reset Solidworks Settings
Close Solidworks. Go to Start and in the search bar type "regedit". In the Registry Editor, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software and rename the "Solidworks" folder to "Solidworks.ori".

I think it comes from ePDM and not SW.
