Repeated crashes of sdw2010

Hello
I've had a "new" PC for 15 days. at first I didn't have too many problems but now I have more and more crashes with the message "Sldworks has stopped working. One problem has made the progress ..... "

I don't really know where to start.
I have no idea if the problem comes from the CAD file, the installation or the hardware.
I'm running SW 2010 x64 Edition SP3.1 (official)
Here is my config, is there a problem in it:
Operating system
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
Processor
Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.20GHz 39 °C
22nm Ivy Bridge Technology
RAM
8.00 GB Channel-Dual DDR3 @ 532 MHz (7-7-7-20)
Motherboard
Dell Inc. 0GXM1W (CPU 1) 28 °C
Graphics
PL2278H (1366x768@60Hz)
PL2278H (1366x768@60Hz)
1024 MoATI AMD Radeon HD 7500 Series (Dell) 49 °C
Storage
465GB Western Digital WDC WD5000AAKS-60A7B0 (SATA) 44 °C

difficult to say precisely after what actions this happens. This seems to vary when inserting from the library, when changing a function, sometimes by simply zooming in with the mouse wheel
Here is the error message.

Thank you

Hello

First of all, it would be interesting to switch to SP5 to fix some bugs.

Check if the graphics card drivers are as well up to date.

Hello

Which office do you have if it's 2010 be careful, you absolutely have to be in SolidWorks 2010 SP5 see below:

Re

Your graphics card is not in the list of Solidworks certified cards!

I'm in Office 2013

all my CG drivers are up to date

Non-compatibility could indeed be the problem. While waiting to change, is there any way to know if this is the problem?

Re

If you can in the SW options in the Performance section activate the "emulate OpenGL functions" function. You will see if your bps come from the CG.

But I think there's no doubt about it, is it really a workstation or a simple PC?

Thank you, I'm testing.

probably to be classified in the PC category.

no more crashes for 2 hours!!

So that's right. Thank you for your super precise answer.

All you have to do is buy a compatible and fast graphics card (since it's now much slower)
