I wish to bend the legs you see but only the ones on the flats bend. To do this , I use the unfolded function and then I make my sketch and then make a sketched fold but it doesn't work on the others.

it's quite normal that it doesn't work ;-)
since you want to bend on a curved part
Sketch folds only work on flat parts

I suggest you look at the solution that our excellent @ac cobra (whom I salute) had proposed. He made a tutorial it seems to me.
