Points on the quadrant or middle is no longer displayed

I have a very basic question but one that prevents me from working properly, when I draw I move my mouse normally a point is displayed when I hover over the middle of the room and I can ink my starting point of my line.

But this point is no longer displayed, I tried under the display command but none of the settings change anything

Try to do that in the options.

It's for MEPs, but try it anyway.
