Following the arrival of a Visiativ sales representative for the renewal of our maintenance subscriptions, I wanted to change the basic email address of my account (the current one is that of the boss and he is not concerned by the management of MyCAD). Since then, I no longer have access to the right-hand menu (colleagues/tickets/contracts): only the "My profile" link is visible. I tried to put the old email address back, but without any more success. What to do?
I need to have access to the contracts in order to have my activation key for the MyCADTools module I just downloaded. So I'm a bit stuck.
Please, Help!!
