Why can't I display the graphical sample in Windows Explorer even though I checked the option?

I can't visualize the graphical sample of my parts, assemblies or drawings in Windows Explorer, can you help me?

For solutions n°3 and 4, I have a bit of a hard time. I'm on Windows 10, so the menus are a little different and I can't check these 2 solutions.

For the 1st and the 2nd, I was good.

For access to the Control Panel:

For point 3:

In the Control Panel (set to small icons), File Explorer option.

For item 4:

In the Control Panel (set to small icons), System then Advanced System Settings then Settings under Performance.

Thank you, it wasn't easy but I made it.

The beginning of your answer allowed me to find the "command prompt" and after saving the DLL files as an admin and a little restart, I found the previews of my SW models.

It may be nothing to you, but to me it means a lot:D
