In a Drawing of SolidWorks 2012, can you tell me what gestures to perform to obtain a cross-sectional view and/or a cross-section, without hatching ? (Only with the outline).

In the left pane, when you have made your cut, you can relight the different options.
Partial cut
Show Cut Faces
Automatic crosshatching
Surface body
I think that if you check the box "partial cut" it should be good.

Click on the hatch, in the menu on the left, uncheck hatching of the material and check "None"

Select hatching to remove
Uncheck "Material Hashes" in the PropertyManager
Click on "None".
