Hello

I no longer have the preview of solidworks files in the explorer!!!

I tried several solutions but nothing helped,

Does anyone have a lead?

Delete your options in the registry, and redo a test (without reinjecting your options).

you "kill" your entire user profile (i.e. you end up with a basic solidWorks).

To do this, go to the registry:

In Start, type REGEDIT in the search box

go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software

Rename the SolidWorks directory to Solidworks-old

Close the registry

Open SolidWorks

So that means it's not coming from SolidWorks but from Windows..... It gets complicated!!!

Yes all (3) we just installed 2015, 2 Windows 8 and 1 W7

No SP2., we'll upgrade right away!!

In theory, at this time of year (as you are one version later than SolidWorks) you should only install the latest version, i.e. an SP 5.0.

I found this and it works perfectly, if it can help someone...

1.Il need to uninstall Solidworks
2.Il need to remove the Windows 7 update (KB3072630)
3.Reinstall Solidworks
