Preview transparent parts in the tree

Hello, when we click on a transparent component in the creation tree, we have a preview of this component automatically. Is it possible to delete this preview?

Hello

I think we should disable the dynamic highlight here:

Tools > Options and select FeatureManager

Dynamic highlightingGeometry in the graphic area (edges, faces, planes, axes, and so on) is highlighted when the pointer hovers over the object in the FeatureManager Design Tree.

Negative. This option does not prevent the problem

Then there may not be a possibility. Why not remove it instead of hiding it?

The option is called "Selected Object 1" in Tools > Options > System Options > Colors .

But I don't think we can set it to "transparent" and it may change other things...

Spring:

So it's not possible using "hide components" you should rather use "delete", a thread on the subject:

http://www.forum-cao-3d.fr/solidworks-assemblages-contraintes/supprimer-ou-cacher-t5314.html

Because deleting and hiding are 2 functions that are quite distinct from each other.

In my case I lose time when I click on a large transparent part and solidworks shows it to me graphically

Another help page that talks about it:

http://help.solidworks.com/2015/french/solidworks/sldworks/c_Controlling_the_Display_of_Assemblies.htm

There is the sentence:

  • "Temporarily enable/disable the display of hidden or shown components in order to facilitate the graphical selection of hidden components that you want to show."

But I couldn't find the corresponding option...

Ignoring my last message, it concerns this function:

http://help.solidworks.com/2014/french/SolidWorks/sldworks/t_Show_Hidden_Components_SWassy.htm

So a priori no solution...

Hello, I don't understand your problem... How does Solidworks show you a preview of your transparent part? Personally, I have a lot of transparent parts and I don't have a preview problem

Is a screenshot possible?

@Joss: This is new in SolidWorks 2015:
