CREO File Support in SOLIDWORKS PDM

Hello

We use Solidworks for 3d and Solidworks PDM for management.

For one of our customers we had to acquire Creo 4.0 and I would like to know if it is possible to manage CREO CAD files in our PDM as we currently do with Solidworks and if so how, because I have done tests by modifying the conditions of entry in the workflow but my files are still "without workflow".

Thank you in advance

Hello

Have you checked if the "File type" is correctly populated (*.prt and *.asm) if I remember correctly.
In addition, in the definition of variables you define attributes with their scope on file types, you have to add it for these file types.

Hello Jerome,

Yes, yes I checked well, thank you for your answer.

I just got the info, if others need, in order to be able to manage Creo CAD data you need:
  - A Creo Toolkit license
  - A Solidworks PDM "Connector" Add-In
  - A good big bundle of paperwork ..   :D

And Solidworks PDM will work and even be integrated with Creo.

I see all of this and will come back to make a comment when it all works out;)
