Do you have to pay for maintenance from 2020 to 2024 or pay only for maintenance in 2024?

Unless I'm mistaken, the current conditions of SW are in the event of a maintenance stop, when taking over a contract you have to pay the arrears, so in this case from 2020 to 2024.
From memory it was in an open topic on this forum (change of conditions on the part of SW)
As far as I can remember, the backlog is limited to the price of a license (i.e. approx. 3 years).
We are sure of the commercial relationship, depending on the number of licenses concerned, there may be a way to negotiate.
