Problem with the "reimport" option

Hi, I'm having trouble with configurations in Solidworks Visualize and the reimport option. In the attachment I attach the problem that appears to me after pressing the reimport option, refers to Live update. When it comes to configuration, I attach a short video on which you can see the non-appearing bar with the configuration selection

Hello;
It is not easy for me to understand your problem (language problem on the error messages) but I wonder if it is not simply because the Solidworks model is not saved/saved.
Which versions do you use?
