E-drawing Pro license activation problem

Hello

I just bought an E-drawing Pro license on the website but when I enter this key, I get an invalid key error message.

The key I bought is very long I find:

edrw- followed by 29 x "XXXXX-"

Do you have keys that long?

Hello, are there only X's or X represents a character or a letter? Which site did you buy the license on?

A priori the edrawing keys are of this style:

edrw-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-1111-1111-1111-1111-1111-1111-1111-1111-1111-1111-1111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-11111-1111-1111-1111-111

X represents a character.

What I find weird is that I have 29 times a group of 5 characters after the edrw-

I bought it on the Edrawing viewer website.

Strange, there is no repetition? E' trying to put only the first 11 groups? Be careful, the last group has only 4 characters.

If not, contact the site to find out if the key is valid.

No, I don't have a repetition and it doesn't work by trying 11 groups with 5 or 4 characters at the end of the last group.

In my key, I have 5 characters in the last group

Unfortunately, I never get a response from the support email and the phone line never answers either.... Thank you anyway for your help.

Finally there was a problem with the key confirmation by email by the site, they sent me a new valid code.
