Issue displaying component descriptions in the tree

Hi all.

I can't seem to get the descriptions of the components to appear in my feature manager.

In this case it is a property:

We are running on SW2018 sp5. I attach a screenshot of the post of a colleague who sees the descriptions

and one of my post where you can see that only the file name of the different components appears.

I compared our options but found nothing.

Thanks in advance if you have a lead

I can't open the images, they contain errors,

Ok, to display it see attachment, but first you have to change, tools >general >custom property used as a description of the component in "info view",
