I have a small problem recently and I have not changed my config or modified any options..
Indeed, in drawing, I used to use the following method.
If I wanted to change the dimension color for example, I clicked on my layer that I name with the same color: ex rating in red I click on the "red" color layer so red, I then apply my dimension which was displayed in red.
To change a dimension that was already applied, I also did this by selecting it and selecting another color layer.
But it doesn't work anymore! ... I have to go through the line color to change the color of the sides, it's getting very annoying...
On the other hand, I can always change the color of the pieces through my slaps... I don't understand why they don't apply to the sides anymore...!
Does anyone know why? Is there an option somewhere to disable or activate?
Right-click at the top of the menu bar and activate the layer bar then click on the line color icon and check if by default and checked and there it should work. Or indeed as PL said
I had this same problem because of color conflicts. I had defined the color of different strokes but then I had defined another color at the next level. Hmm, I don't know if my explanation is clear... But I was driving this color at different levels... So it was the top level that controlled everything.
[EDIT]: Well, the explanations of others are much clearer:)
