Problem with flat background

Hi all

I created a background plan with custom cartridge, I saved  it in my personal solidworks  folder indicating in system option its new location but when I go to search for a new drawing, I find it in the confusing bar and in the preview it and complete with its  cartridge filled but when I do ok, on the screen he finds himself without his cartridge? Anyone has an idea, thank you for your answers.

I had thought of the "show the background" checkmark, but it is activated on your screenshot

Maybe you worked on a hidden layer??

It's hard to help you more without the model file.

I insert the file in question

a3_paysage-mala.slddrt

There's nothing in your background.

You need to create your drawing template from a drawing with your existing cartridge.

  1. you delete all the views, the useless annotations....
  2. Edit the basemap
  3. I put the title block and outline in the background and  in a specific layer
  4. Save the basemap    ;   > Save Basemap File
  5.  Save as -> Drwdot (for the model)

Can you provide a plan with the cartridge  ?

You may have created the title block without editing the basemap.

Good evening everyone and thank you for your answers

Indeed  the problem came that I edited the background plan and I deleted  the cartouche and the background plane serving as a support, without having re-edited the background plan

To draw my frame plus my cartridge, what a mistake!
