Problem with my mouse wheel

Hi all 

Here it is, on an assembly, by holding the mouse wheel pressed, it allows me to turn the assembly in all directions, but here, after reopening the file this effect has disappeared and I can no longer turn the part properly. 

 

Anyone have an idea?

Hello

Often a simple restart of Solidworks or the PC is enough. Try seeing.

Maybe by updating the mouse driver or by reconfiguring the mouse settings to see if the wheel is still dedicated to rotation

In some cases, it may be due to an update of the mouse software, it should be disabled.

Have you attempted a Solidworks repair???
