Problem with my motion study Volume 2

There you go, I made a mistake and I validated an answer when I wanted to have several opinions.

So I recreate to get your opinions and ideas to allow me to no longer flounder.

I submit my request below:

That's it, I'm following up on my first question entitled: "Need help please"

So I'm still on Solidworks and here's my problem.

I'm starting with nothing at all for my movement study because I hid everything. Then, with the timer, I show the different parts that must fit into each other and those, in a precise order to allow the people who will be in charge of assembling the assembly to do so without worries.

But here's the thing, there's a catch. At the beginning of the video, I see all the parts in wired mode and that appear little by little, but it's so foggy with all the edges visible or hidden that you don't necessarily see which part has just appeared.

Anyone have a solution?

I have Solidworks PRO 2014 and I also believe Solidworks Composer Player 2014

Thank you:)

So at the beginning of the video you see the parts when you don't want to?

Or is it when you make the pieces appear one by one that it becomes a "fog"?

You want to make a video for the assembly: so when you make a part appear, I think it's better to make it appear far from the assembly and then move it around to show how it gets into position, right?

And I'll use the "shaded image" mode, rather than wireframe, because it's more visible!

Here's what I call a fog:)

So in shaded image, it doesn't suit you?

No, it's not suitable :-/

And in hidden lines deleted either?

In fact, I'm looking, but, the pieces should be totally absent until I want to make them appear, and not be suspended with edges and lines from A to Z :-/

Oh okay, I understood what you wanted.

So the manipulation proposed in this video doesn't work?

Otherwise, you have to create a configuration for each stage of the appearance of the parts.

In fact, it's available by default:

"Properties of the component. You can show or hide components"

http://help.solidworks.com/2012/french/solidworks/motionstudies/animation_techniques.htm

I have about 50 parts in this assembly and I have 2 like this to do.

Isn't there another way to do it?

I admit that I can't see what the person is doing on the video, is he hiding it?

Otherwise, there is an animation wizard based on an exploded view that is not difficult to do:

Yes on the video it's a right-click > hide.

For your assembly, it will be the opposite:

Right-click > hide for all the pieces, then you make them appear one by one.

Sorry, I can't test it yet, but it doesn't look complicated!

why not make a burst of your assembly

with + or shorter junction lines

which will allow you to have a different time for the bursting of parts

then you make a video recording of this burst

that you watch in reverse and record on video

You will end up with a piece-by-piece/piece-by-piece assembly at your convenience

That's exactly what I want to do GT22, only when I do an exploded view, it's quite horrible, it doesn't look like that, and when I put it all together, it overlaps or it's directly in the material :/

Is there a tutorial to succeed in this kind of exploded view like on the video?

For exploded views, see these tutorials:

Or see the links to the SolidWorks help I put you before:

Burst lines are important!

you already have to make your assembly with the adhoc constraints

Once your assembly is done, you make exploded views

you separate the last pieces to be put and so on

(the length of your burst line must be proportional to the speed of resembling the pieces)

Step by step

Have you done your assembly complete and without any constraints ?

show us a screenshot(s) with the creation tree open and visible

if your pieces interpenetrate

you have a problem with constraint and your assembly is not good

Basically, you want to pretend that the assembler assembles it and that he goes to get the parts in a basket without seeing this basket
