Problem with bend radius

Hello everyone,

I'm coming to you because I have a problem with my folding radii.

When I make my sheet metal part with a radius of 30 mm, the press is good.

On the other hand, in this case if I need to have a press with a radius of 70 mm.

But when I do my press from my sheet metal I don't get the desired results. (as if it didn't measure my radius at the press).

I don't know if you understand me cordially.

for such a large radius you have to apply a k factor of 0.5.

Can you post your piece and what version are you in???

In sheet metal 1 you have to uncheck "replace default settings" then in sheet metal put the radius of 70 and replace the bend loss with a k factor of 0.5 and it should be good ^_^
