I currently have a problem with my bolt chamfers that come loose from the part after an export of the IDW format in DWG Autocad for colleagues and customers who do not have Inventor.

Does the problem persist regardless of the version of Autocad chosen during the export?
Yes, it already did so on the 2013 and persists on the 2016.
Have you tried to make blocks of them and then export them???
There is a defect in exporting the Inventor bolts in .dwg AutoCAD format (readable with AutoCAD) while the Inventor .dwg export (for Inventor users) works.
Even when recreating the bolts with various functions, the problem persists.
What does not pass in the export is the arc which is seen horizontally and therefore becomes a straight line in front view which is badly calculated.... What for?? That's the question for Autodesk developers!
Possible solution: put any angle to the bolts so as not to have this horizontal or vertical edge in the main views.
