Gear constraint problem

I have a problem with this constraint, I would like to make a gear constraint so that the gears only rotate when the gears do not touch.whereas when I do the constraint the gears do not rotate when the teeth cross.

I think that in the gear constraint only the original diameter is taken into account so if at the time of setting the gear constraint there were the teeth interfering it stays like that.

It is therefore necessary to position the two parts correctly without interference and only then to set the gear constraint

Hello

 

To install the two gears correctly without interference you have to use "Move the component" in "structural dynamics" mode so as to stop the rotztion as soon as there is contact!
