Solid Works display issue

Hello, I work in the IT department of a company there is an error that appears when the colleague opens the file, the file has no problem because it opens on other PCs and the PC drivers are up to date but it doesn't change anything. Anyone have a solution?

Thank you

EDIT: I didn't see the attachment...

a problem with the version of SW?

Hello;
As the file in question is an assembly (*.sldasm) and it doesn't cause problems on other PCs, if all versions of Solidworks are equivalent, I'd lean more towards a problem of access to the parts files that compose it: are they in another directory? Are they "Viruelles"
Moreover, an assembly of "800 Kb" is really not much for this type of document...
Kind regards.

Thank you for your help but it's okay we found, we had to restart the license server, on the other hand it's surprising that others manage to access the file without problems.

Thank you for your help, good evening.

Hello;

Erratum!
You are not talking about Solidworks but about Edrawing? In this case it's typically a Version problem.
The offending station probably has a version of Edrawing that is too recent compared to the version of the registration of this Assembly.
Kind regards
