Hello
SW (2016) crashed and during the restart it was impossible to access the smartproperties but all the other My CAD tools work.
I tried to reinstall mycadtools but the problem persists.
How to do it?

Check that your Solidworks is pointing to the correct custom Property folder http://help.solidworks.com/2016/French/SolidWorks/sldworks/HIDD_Options_External_Folders.htm

Hello
By chance when uninstalling mycadtools with also delete all residual files and do a disk cleanup plus a CCleaner ???
That way you leave on a clean reinstallation.

The bucket of water! the bucket of water, the bucket of water!!!!! :) You take water that you gently pour on your computer, while it puts this message on you (its working as long as it is powered on). You take a psychopathic look and you pour it so that it makes pretty sparks!!
Then you go to your boss, and you tell him that there is a little software problem!! :D

no try a repair with cleaning like the others advises you, otherwise uninstall and re-install...
