Bonding problem in an assembly

Hello

I want to model an assembly of a tube in the hole of a plate (2 plate element and tubes). During the static simulation, the tube goes through the other holes of the beam while I would like it to remain in the beam and start to flame.  How do I declare the assembly of these two elements (I took solid, without penetration into the contact declarations). Nothing helps.

Do you have an idea?
