Here I am again with my nomenclature.
I have two concerns.
The first:
When I want to draw an assembly, my cartridge doesn't fill up, whereas from a part does.
the second:
When I insert my first view, soldiworks chooses a scale so the scale is displayed in my cartridge.
but if the scale does not suit me and I change it, it does not update.
Any ideas?

For the scale, you have to change the scale of the sheet and not the room!

Shouldn't I make a part cartridge and an assemble cartridge since it's not the same custom property file?
