That's when the Solidwork launches, it launches normally and then when I click on New Solidwork closes all of a sudden without an error message. It closes suddenly!!

What version of Solidworks do you have?
How does the software react when you open a room directly?
Have you tried to turn off and on your computer, if the problem persists I think a reinstallation will be necessary
Control Panel and Installation Repair.
Also look in the task manager if Sw is not already launched, and would have closed badly.

I'm having the same problem as you with the student version of SolidWorks 2015 installed on Windows 10.
You will find the report attached if anyone has enough knowledge to understand it, I would be very happy.
