Try by removing the flexibility in your STAWETT ENGINE assembly (and the 2 child assemblies).
In general, the reconstruction problems come from there.
And then if necessary go back to flexible, if it's well designed it may work again, if not review the flexible constraints!
This type of constraint is quite complicated to manage and quickly goes to waste!
