Cross-reference and cross-reference problem

Hello

I can't create cross-references between folios:

1) one of the 2 references is placed on the lower left corner of my cartridge

2) cross-references do not appear (yet by right-clicking to reach my return is correct).

Is this a question for SolidWorks Electrical or AutoCAD?

@.PL it's Autocad Electrical as shown on the question tab.

I saw but two days ago the same person asked a question about SolidWorks Electrical:

Yes it's a mistake, it's for solidWorks Electrical.
