Hello everyone, I'm having a problem on Solidworks that I can't seem to solve. When I convert my CAD file into an STL file I have a problem with the resolution or even the attached photo. I couldn't find the place where I could change the resolution like in Catia V5.

The options are accessible at the time of registration, after selecting the STL format an option button appears.
then it's up to you to find the right compromise between the size of the file and the accuracy according to your use.
In my case I am rather counting results with the following settings (at least for my needs):
Binary / Millimeters / Customized / Deviation =0.002 / Angle =10 / Mount STL Info / Aprecu Before... / Save All....
