Rotation problem

Hello

It's been a few days that I've been tearing my hair out every time I want to rotate my vision, it gets stuck on one direction of an axis.

I use the middle button of my mouse (wheel) to activate the rotation of the view and I have this kind of little icon that appears (red box) except that there is an axis (in the direction of Y) that goes through its center.

Like when you click on a face or an axis by clicking the wheel, but I think I had the Y next to the axis.

I hope to make myself understood. I just restored my old settings to remove this thing and it works normally, phew.

My question is why me? :'(

How I managed to get this little axis in the center of my icon that was blocking my rotations, towards the top of Y.

It's extremely annoying....

Kind regards

Hello mandrake,

I also don't understand, but to rotate with the wheel, I select nothing or either an edge, or a surface, and it works very well.

Indeed I also notice that there is an axis in the rotation logo, which indicates that one is rotating along an axis, and can be deselected by clicking outside the piece and the hole is played... @.

Hello

To deactivate the axis in the middle of the rotation icon, you have to right-click in the viewport and uncheck "Rotate around the stage floor".

And to the question: "Why me? :'( ", I would tend to answer " because " :-)

Kind regards

Congratulations! You managed to recreate my problem =D

So the principle is that you can't get into the ground? Thank you in any case I could have pulled my hair out the day I reactivate it!
