Hello
I use a specific font for a client to carry out engravings.
I make a cut on a piece to represent this engraving and with this font the text does not appear, there are only squares ...
I know that solid bugs from time to time with specific fonts and that you have to use the "dissolve sketch text" function for it to work, but there the characters don't even appear.
A solution?
Thanks in advance
Gilles

Hello
Does the font work in Word for example?
Hello
Look at the clipping I have in my tutorial. That should help you.

What kind of police are they?
Hello
.PL: Yes, it works in Word
manu67: thank you, but the characters you propose don't match.
GT22: It's a font developed by my client and specific to his brand ...
Thank you anyway
Have you put them in this file: C:\Windows\Fonts????
Can you share them so we can give it a try???

If it works in word you just have to write the text in word
you make a jpeg or PDF it doesn't matter
Image insertion
A tutorial to help with vectorization
http://www.lynkoa.com/tutos/3d/tuto-creation-d-un-model-l-aide-d-une-image
and you put your image on the piece, you still have to make the sketch if necessary and then you do your removal of material or other

Hello
Can you give us the police?
Thank you for your answers, unfortunately I can't communicate the font used!
I validate the answer of GT22, it is the one that allows me to carry out the engraving.
