I am using CATIA v5r20 on Windows 8.1.
It works very well except for my screenshots.
When I want to take a screenshot with the pixel mode (output .png), I get a black image. Only vector outputs work but not image outputs.
Has anyone ever encountered this image capture problem where the captured image is black?
And if so, how did you solve this problem?

To capture an image, select Tools->Image->Capture.... The capture bar opens.

- in General, check White background
- in Miscellaneous, check Capture white vectors in black

No PB in R22 I assume that you checked the options (you are in color).

It looks like a graphics problem, maybe updating the graphics card drivers will solve the problem.
