Problem registering on CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE

Hi all

I can no longer save my 3D data in CATIA 3Dexp (not V5) when I am under my personal account (at home)!

My account is declared as an administrator.

I activated the Windows 10 hidden admin session and with this account, everything works!

It's probably a blocking problem but not knowing W10, I don't know how to do it.

If a charitable soul could help me, I thank him;)

For your information and after having struggled a lot; I recreated a session in W10 and it works!!

I don't close the post because now in a user session I can no longer connect to the "peer learning" but of course it works in a "hidden administrator" session!! Grrrrrrrr!
